Box....Based on this letter from the FDA dated June 9, 2010 it does look like Dean Janes did not submit on April 5, 2010 but had asked for an extension of time and the FDA then said he had until July 2, 2010. Dean Janes does do "selective SEC filing". I noticed that he never filed an 8K regarding the two A.I. letters he got from the FDA dated Oct. 23,2009 and Jan. 5, 2010 and I believe he was required to do so since these letters were a material event. These are the letters that he held CC's about and lied to investors about the contents of the FDA letters so I think that is why he could not file with the SEC since he would then have to then lie to the SEC. http://viewer.zoho.com/docs/z5Sacb
