Hey OB, as per my earlier post today Jack in IR told me they would be releasing other PR's prior to announcing the Financing which makes perfect sense based on your post. Reduce shares, increase PPS and improve Financing T's & C's.

EVCA Could not agree with you more, glad some have exited. This is a good board and those that can't see the forest for the trees should act like a tree and leave. Nice thoughts,hope to see more here over the next couple of weeks.
