I just got back from a short out of town road trip, so I haven't been around to post. But while I was traveling, I was thinking about something I read in the PR that came out this morning.

I don't have the exact wording in front of me, but the concept was that ONE of the reasons they decided NOT to issue the additional 62 million shares, was to get better terms on financing.

Since I have been in business most of my adult life and have had to arrange financing, I have learned a little bit about the terms.

I have met with "private business men from Chicago" that agreed to give me money, in return for me signing a life insurance policy naming them as beneficiary, simply because I did not have enough collateral to cover any potential losses they might occur.

I have also met with various banks and investment groups that would charge a variety of interest rates, depending on the amount of collateral my business had to offer.

The bottom line is ALL financing terms are dependent on the amount of collateral and since the EVCA stock is not worth much at this time, and issuing another 62 million shares would make it worth even less, it stands to reason they NEED the pps to increase, so the company will be worth more and in turn, the interest rate will be lower on any loans they get.

That tells me they must have a "few" PR's up their sleeve and they are "hoping" the news from those PS's will increase the stock price ENOUGH for them to get BETTER terms on their financing. That could mean MORE MONEY made available to them or it could me LOWER interest. Either way, it looks like the only way they can get those better terms is to HELP OUR INVESTMENT become worth more per share.

So, personally, I think that once SOME of the naysayers and emotional holders get rid of their shares and more solid or wiser investors grab them, we should see a nice increase in our wealth.

Just my thoughts
