You have stated that Matt has bought (or will buy) shares several times now.

Can you please provide the link to the information as to
WHEN HE EVER BOUGHT SHARES???

Most of what Matt has, he holds in the form of options.
Options that were GIVEN to him!

The shares he does hold came from exercising his options.

I believe they have all originated in CASHLESS exercises!
As in, he SOLD SHARES at the same time,
that would MORE THAN COVER the COSTS
of exercising the options...

If YOU have other information, showing Matt ACTUALLY BUYING SHARES,
with his money, then by all means, do share!
