Well Nic, you kind of spoiled it for me when you said seriously, takes all the fun out of it.
Alright, you mentioned charts , and down side, and 200, 200? Don’t think we need to look at those numbers right now. A lot needs to happen first. However let’s give you something to play with here. Was going to make a chart for you but right now there is no need this close to the arb release. Downside wise 14 is a very solid support mark .Last three sell offs all stopped there. It’s were the sellers stop and the buyers start. IF it ever breaks 14 with any size volume, it could be a nasty fall. Lets hope we don’t see it. Enough of the dark side, we need 16 back as soon as possible, to word it in a non tech settings ,it’s where the buyers start to get comfortable and the shorts start to get nervous. We’ll call it the 50 yard line in a short term setting. Hopefully we get it back before the release. It’s worth a lot more than the pennies were short of it now.
After the arb, and again providing a win, what will I do? Well if you would have asked me a week ago you would have got a different answer than today. I have listen to the CC twice now, and after doing some thought, will listen again this afternoon. There is an awful lot that just occurred here concerning the internal politics, direction, focus, process and procedure going forward, at least that’s what I’m hearing when I listen. Bill has opened the door a little, and we get to see some light we haven’t seen before. Frankly it’s refreshing. It’s clear the focus is going away from legal over license. We still have the Nok/Sam/Lu issues at hand but I also think we have some solutions that were not on the table before. Over and above the 3 listed, that is very good to hear concerning growth and 3G going forward.
Or to simple put it, our days of being a stick in the mud maybe over. We’ll see, they still have work in front of them but I like the attitude and fresh air. So , no, no automatic sell after the arb release for me, providing a win, will take either 2G or the combo, will listen to the reasonableness of any settlement and will focus on what this new change is doing, vs. what the old one has done. We all know we have the I/P for the growth, all we have been missing is the ways to sell it. In this case perhaps in the over all and past Nokia’s issues but more to the general thought of doing business, a little less is worth more.
BTW good to see you sticking around.
