Tom - I'm assuming the guy is toast since the company appears to be in violation of the "three independent directors" rule......what's confusing is that he is still listed on the website.

yes, I'd say we are still in the dark groping for logical deductions from what shreds of information we have. since the co. issued an 8-K when it announced the resignation and its conditional 7-day suspension, and we have seen nothing else on the topic, one can logically conclude that he's history. otherwise, I presume the co. would have issued another 8-K announcing his retention.

but, of course, that's applying logical assumptions to the mystery cloaked in a conundrum and than encapsulated in a vexing riddle that we call CCME......
