yes, I'd say we are still in the dark groping for logical deductions from what shreds of information we have. since the co. issued an 8-K when it announced the resignation and its conditional 7-day suspension, and we have seen nothing else on the topic, one can logically conclude that he's history. otherwise, I presume the co. would have issued another 8-K announcing his retention.

but, of course, that's applying logical assumptions to the mystery cloaked in a conundrum and than encapsulated in a vexing riddle that we call CCME......
