Not sure where you got the info on 100 million shares now, but does it really matter ? The company's shares are worth less than toilet paper.

I would not fret that much, after all there are companies with billions of shares, and if the extra number of shares are causing you much angst, it should not be too long before De Beers institutes a reverse split and floats more shares. Simply put, a 100:1 split, then issuing 22 million shares at about $0.02 should put the number of shares back to where they are now, so it is just simple arithmetic which can easily be corrected, and De Beers could have another 500k to play with and make TSHO the next GE.
