I don't work in oil business but US shipments of gasiline on east coast are most at risk by trouble in Venezuela IMO

One al Queida with small bomb on Lake Maricabo will be all that it takes for $40 oil. Maybe it is Bush's best interests to have $40 oil temporally in order to open up ANWAR and get coal and nuclear increases in output. I hear from Sunday's papers EPA chief Whitman is another Baby Bush Buddies that is jumping ship soon.

"We are going to import fuels. There are ships coming from various parts of the Caribbean. We have various refineries in the Caribbean, in Curacao, in the Virgin Islands, in the United States, and even Germany," Chavez said.

Hovensa, the 495,000 bpd Virgin Island refining joint venture between PDVSA and Amerada Hess (NYSE:AHC - News), cut runs by a "substantial" amount last week due to a lack of crude feedstocks from Venezuela, a spokesman told Reuters.
