The simplest explanation is most likely the correct one, a clerical error that has happened before. I'm sure you have tons of examples of stocks with similarly ridiculous share structures. Instead you'll probably just keep beating this dead horse until they correct the error on NV SOS. Suit yourself.

It makes the most sense to me that it's a simple clerical error, but I hear what you're saying.
I think it's a good thing to question the details for sure, so I don't blame you for bringing this up. However.. I believe it's a simple mistake that will be corrected, and nothing to worry about IMO.
