sugar61 already laid it out for you in black and white that this type of clerical error has happened before. Clinging to the impossible doesn't make it reality. The simplest explanation is most likely the correct one, a clerical error that has happened before. I'm sure you have tons of examples of stocks with similarly ridiculous share structures. Instead you'll probably just keep beating this dead horse until they correct the error on NV SOS. Suit yourself.
