My question was based on the merits of the case, not the legal representation. Is there additional information that compels you to say a potential settlement would be much greater than $50 million?
APCC can bring in the best attorneys in the country, but it gets down to defining "completed" calls. Once that is decided in court, then the parties will settle.
I gave you my opinion about why there was a changing of the attorneys. Take it or leave it, that's up to you. Just to repeat, the former attorneys wouldn't, will not, and never leave a case before they get their portion of the settlement unless they think they're wasting time and decide to cut their losses.
