IDocare & L2V: If you notice, both times we have experienced
a NOK related set-back to arbitration we have been put back at this level in IDCC shareprice. I think the market(not me) is looking at this mgmt change, as another potential timing setback for a NOK outcome.

Seems like the only reason IDCC would spend all the time and money necessary to prosecute an ICC arbitration vs big mean old Nokia is to get help in collecting what they were sure their contract provided. Nothing more, and nothing less.

Well, that hard earned "help" is only a few weeks away now. It will come in the form of a Award ruling by the ICC Court of Arbitration. Outside of the ICC organization, I doubt if there is anybody who has a more "informed" opinion of what that ruling will be than one Bill Merritt.

That's why I liked hearing him say "execute on the judgment" this morning. Caused me to picture Uncle Billy going back into the rowdy bar where the Nokia gang hangs out, but now he has six or eight new NFL linebacker "friends" walking with him. LOL! No more "Rodney Dangerfield" stuff for "Mr Merritt" in that bar after the ICC ruling comes down.
