Yeah, there was just a disconnect. I think that the attorneys and Management just thought, we need a higher price without thinking about how it would affect the short term price, they probably only viewed the positives. I still think the pro's on a R/S right now outweigh the cons, but in 9 months none of this matters (no matter who wins) so I am not sweating it. I am glad to see you acknowledge management has done a good job with the business, some people are assuming that decieding to do a R/S means management is doing a poor job, but I disagree. I think management has been incredibly responsive to this board, (minus some investors call for eliminating the proxy).
What this stock needs after the vote is more exposure. There are so many investors looking for this opportunity, but we get lost in the shuffle, so spread the word.
The good news is, no matter what happens as far as the RS, there will not be a mass exodous from the stock, I actually think either way, after earnings, price goes up regardless.
