Out of that 12.8M float actual free float shares could be really really low.

This is how it went so fast from subpenny to 3 cents.

This will be hard puzzle for everybody as to what point to take profit.

Would you stick to general rule of stock market or consider VLCO as a potential life changer?

I don't know the answer.
But comments will be appreciated.
