TVA is significant if they do their thing because they are strictly a promo firm. This will help the share price. If you are hanging your hat on Nuytco.. you will be disappointed. Nuytco is far from significant.. they make a few subs a year and will test any type of battery offered to them. And the tests would be limited to it's ability to perform under pressure.
Maybe Cornell actually pulled the same "short selling" deal on PWTC that they did with MLXO and it may have back fired.
Walter may have been using Cornell initially with optional and better financing in the wings(and no need to file with SEC).
Maybe Cornell was doing a lot of the short covering when the stock was driven to .18......... Remember the posts from someone who talked to Walter during that time and he said he had some "paper work" that would effect the shorties? That paperwork may be the "withdrawl" of the Cornell financing.
Maybe the replacement financing (and there probably is some or we'd be down to .01 this nice Friday) will be anounced next week and like Otterman conjectured: the good news is coming and Walter used this SEC filing PR to drive out the weak hands and let a few late friends get in cheap............maybe.
