Merritt, though it may have been a slip, has to hold firm because the arbitration award is still our Ace up our sleeve. Nokia hasn't changed, they still would be stalling, litigating, etc. had it not been for arbitration. That IS Nokia's MO.

Dave Davis: don't know if it was a slip or mis-fire but it was a shot fired stright at NOK. If we go to judgement we (IDCC) can & will make it Tuff for you (NOK) to sell here in the USA. I like it.
