Orangeman, if Fayiz listens to his legal advisors, he may not say anything about an SEC filing as he'll be advised that a Quiet Period starts before filing. The good news is most of what is filed becomes available to the public on the net.
I'm no expert at searching what's on the SEC website, but I suspect that someone here is. I would hope that someone routinely check the SEC site for news as it might be the only place we get it from until about a month after the registration is effective.
I know the Quiet Period isn't something established in black and white in SEC rules, but it's a practice that's widely accepted. It might be a case of the SEC ruling by intimidation, but it seems to work. I've yet to see a company violate the Quiet Period even if the concept isn't established as a rule.
