Considering the very limited amount of capital he has to work with, what other choices, in your opinion, are available to Ntephe and erhc?

emdyal: Good Morning. Hope you and yours had a very happy Easter Holiday.

I agree with the first part of your post but, while I cannot comment on the last part with any real knowledge, I tend to doubt it. In my opinion Offer is doing the only thing he can, hold out for the highest dollar for ERHE assets. What hurts is he can do it without pain but for many of us, and I speak for myself of course, the waiting does hurt and being able to sell some shares at $1 or more would certainly help ease the pain.

My VERY best to you and yours.

I would hope at this time with pressure being on the JDA, they will move forward in the interest of all concerned. Nigeria made a grave mistake in allowing the chinese to have such a hold on this large portion of the jdz, I suspect maybe it was the nigerians who are as big of the problem, it appears from my research that Angola, Guana and many other have brought in the chinese and have done quite well with that alliance. As they keep their word and have the countries best interest at heart, which is collecting oil revenue for their infrastructure, education, and well being of the countries. They too have many problems, but they have drilled and found and most importantly announced the discoveries.
