many companies have limited captital, they make alliances, get partners and proceed on. erhc doesn't want any partners other than china, I know of a company in kansas right now who has to go out and hussle each and everytime they drill until they can get proven on their next two. no excuses. once they prove up , then they can have the income to support, but they did this right away, not sitting on the a&& for years and waiting. majority owner, that's the problem.
he##, erhc could have bought into projects in ks, ok and have had proven revevue ages ago with not that much capital, they had plenty at one time. they simply did not want to do it.
