"the board has learned some valuable lessons over the last two years"-

(1) Not the kind of "learning" we need;

(2) COMPENTENT management doesn't need this type of education for years to get it right.

(3) MORE change is needed. The key change is now in the hands of SHAREHOLDERS, i.e. "WITHHOLD" on HC.

(4) I am very happy with the CEO change and COO firing also. I just hope SHAREHOLDRS have also "learned some valuable lessons over the last two years" and will now take the strong actions WE need to take.
