NYDEC permitting the first viable plastic waste to commodity process could look to good to be true to them also. But I do know they are allowed to operate until the permit is in place. Honestly it sounds logical to me too but who knows what redtape negotiations they have agreed on behind closed doors. Time will tell Brother, risk and reward. Good luck
