We have been working with our transfer agent and outside counsel since Tuesday to figure out what the issue is with several of the brokerage firms. There is no need to exchange certificates - the SNSR certificates remain valid and can be traded. We believe there is an issue between DTC and the brokers, and the latest information I have from our transfer agent who has spoken to DTC is that this should be resolved sometime today.
