I believe Paxton Communication (PAX) had a fake bid buyout. The stock went from about .60 to 1.50 and then right back down. This one is nothing like that, at least the way it's progressing.

If this was a scam you'd see a least some promotion, I would think, so the insider and promoter could sell.

I have called and spoken to Marlena at MTDX about the buyout on about 5 different occasions. I asked her to give me the number to Formula 51 so I could call and pin them down on this deal. She said that a couple of others had requested their number as well and she said they would call me with it shortly.Some of the higher ups were in a meeting in California.
