Good Morning Enthalpy,
i came up with the most probable date for the 10K,as i read out from the latest PR from Mr.Herda,stating that the company was in no position to file at 15April05,due to the higher complexities of the file requirements of the Sarb-Oxl.Act.
here was a grace period of 30days for the filing,so the 10K has to out latest on 15May,this date is a Sunday,so i expect it to be published latest Friday,13May,most probably even earlier than that!
I am going to reread the latest update of my source,and spread some details if they are worth to be mentioned.
