I don't care if you give them a chance or not, but allow me to spit some knowledge on you. SLMU was in horrible shape. They committed not knowing what skeletons were in the closet. Once the auditing process began for the 10-k they found a bunch of sh*t that had to be dealt with. That happens in about 90 percent of RM's. Did you look at the 10-k. Huge net operating losses, and a mess to clean up. Leaves us to the facts that the found out these things after the started digging into the background. So the delay.. The 8k is going to come out, and if you are in this for the long or short term it's going to be an explosive beginning. You can put your money on something else that has a chance to make some money, but I dare you to find one as compelling as this one with the float this low. You won't. So I am not here to tell you to stay or go.. I am here to tell you when the train leaves the station, it's going to be full of gas. Once that happens I'll let you know if I am long or not, but I know it's worth a good triple up initially.

The real reason?? You and I both know this is a risk. If and I mean If the 8k does come out the PPS is gonna double before anyone even reads it just on momentum. If you jump back in right know and the 8k comes out, you don't think you will at least double your money??? If the 8k is decent then we go to a quater. It's all a risk AJ.. Were not dealing with bill gates or steven jobs here you know that..but what the F(&k where else you gonna make 200 or 300 pct on your money..
