serious question...
why did Sass use Passover/Easter holiday "week" which was last week as an excuse for yet ANOTHER delay of the "super 8k" when the 8k was initially supposed to be filed by Feb 28th, and then "underestimated" to be done NO LATER than April 5th.
Even if you want to use a fair and logical excuse that things come up, and sh-t happens, at worst there should be minimal issues left, not enough to use a holiday WEEK as an excuse.

SOMEONE GIVE ME A REAL REASON TO GIVE THIS LEADERSHIP ANOTHER CHANCE??
