what diff does it make? .. Etrade saved the day, if it was illegal Weiner will pay the price .. if Wiener did nothing wrong and those are legitimate trades -- he will get the money back

Etrade was following SEC/FINRA policy ..

I can just hear it now ... if this came to life after the fact and Etrade let him take the money
