what diff does it make? .. Etrade saved the day, if it was illegal Weiner will pay the price .. if Wiener did nothing wrong and those are legitimate trades -- he will get the money back

Etrade was following SEC/FINRA policy ..

I can just hear it now ... if this came to life after the fact and Etrade let him take the money

some would be screaming ........ Etrade is crooked and in with the thieves and naked shorty

reality can be a scary place ...
