Yes.....confidence that commons won't be cancelled. The only tool is u my dear chap who blindly believes everything is rosey and that settlement and $$ is a foregone conclusion

This is not how u anticipated it being over 2 years now is it? Your just unable to face the reality that commons are likely dead now!

No one except a few posters here believe settlement is close. It's crystal clear and history tells us we will not see any real settlement talk for 5- 20 years.

These cases take forever to get litigated..
