question - did anyone but me wonder about this clause in today's 8k that says Dan Nelson can buy Identity back from ABEW after year 1 if he has "disputes"? and then, if he exercises that right, they have 30 days to "resolve" the disutues. if they can't resolve them, it looks like ABEW can sell Identity back to Nelosn for 115% of what they bought it at.
what the heck is all that? Looks like he was nervous about selling out to ABEW so he wants an out if ABEW doesn't live up to their talk. worries me a little. Let's say things are going great but he's not happy. he then exercises his right to take it back?
