It seems like Nelson has a 1 month window to buy back his company. If he is successful in exercising that option, I suspect that he will have to license the Airbee tech if he chooses to continue marketing the product.

He won't do that. Plain and simple,
it's there as a opt out if anything catostophic should happen, like a giant Tsuanmi takes out all of India and Airbees software facility. Even then I still think they wouldn't go under.
This tech in auto's may even be installed at the manufatureing level in a year or so if it really gains momentum, plus I think they are in talks with major car manufaturers already.
