Multiply the shares outstanding, all the shares times the stock price. Let's use a penny stock price. 100 million shares O/S.
.01 times 100 million equals $1 million dollars. That's the value the stock market has placed on MSGI at this time it is called their Market Capitalization, market cap for short. Value investing says look for stocks with market caps well below what you believe the true value of the company is now or will be in the future.

You need to buy a book and read up on investing in penny stocks before throwing money around here. I've been doing it for a long time. It's not easy making money and it's very easy to lose money. Read about the basics and especially read about dillution and how to spot it. That's the advice I can give you. You have time to spend and learn a little first. JMHO.

a market cap is what the company is valued @ the current price. and in my opinion with all the catalyst that may or may not happen having such a low market value makes this a good speculative play to possible own a company a such low levels. just my .01 cent opinion
