I was disappointed to read from many posters here that said Janet was surprised by the market reaction.
IDCC PR department should have experience enough to anticipate the market response. In the first news release, they should have tag in the paragraph stating no change in arbitration.
Hopefully they learned from this.

IMO that is a company that has it shii together. Also means management is on the ball and doesn't need any help from IDCC know-it-alls. Vote No on Corp's BS.
