To Jacked: I hate to say this, but I agree with you. I think his thoughts lie westward, with the owner of the Dodgers, and he's assigned this entire matter to Nelson and Ard, in his 'mental absense'. Your innermost feelings kind of tell you that, no ... depite all that you really want to believe. However, it may well come to pass that a true, fire-breathing-dragon-champion steps forward to represent us. That might well be the kick-a@ss attorney for TPS, or the extremely well-spoken one for Black Horse. That they have yet to speak on this matter gives me some sense of hope, if not comfort. That Seth Ard, the associate, has not yet spoken, gives me no sense of comfort, or hope, at all. My fondest wish is that Nate would file his OWN objection, and shove it down the throats of the HFs, and even SG. He's the only wild card left in the deck.
