I have good news! I just called the TA and the EMPZ Outstanding shares is still 1.98 billion. It has not changed.

If you put accum/dist into a chart be sure you put the OBV there aswell. ACCUM / DIST alone doesnt say anything when shares get dumped into the float or company is diluting the A/S to the max.
