There was also another important line in the 4/21 release that states.... "Since Pender has entered into a confindentiality agreement with regards to the purchase of this property, further details will be released as PERMITTED." It never says that they will have immidiate information. I do not know if this is good or bad. It could be that they just are not able to speak yet, but it also could be an out to letting this drag on. The timing of the news doesn't bother me as much as the integrity of this company. Hope it is legit in it's turn around.
