Good point on the "permitted" in the PR!!

Also, investors tend to make their own timetable for which things should happen......the Company has its own timeline for events. And, in business, nothing always happens when its "supposed to." Look at some of the biggest and bluest chip companies, sometimes missing their target dates by months or even years!!
All I want to know about PNDR for now....is it the real thing and will it serve investors well.
