The owners (us) are like people standing on the sidewalk trying to watch a construction project through the wooden fence, with the windows small and six feet above the sidewalk. Jump, peek, get small glimpse, fall back to the sidewalk. Markle has been described as experienced, skillful, honest, dogged. Daic has been described as a career con man. Courts are generally impersonal and interested only in clearing cases. I don't see a conspiracy here; I see business as usual in such a situation. That the BOD has kept us owners completely in the dark may mean they are working this as hard as they can, or that they are scrambling to get as much as they can for themselves while abandoning us. I remain optimistic. A CLYW long really means LONG. The pps is meaningless under these conditions when a $ 180 sale can drop the price to 3 cents. Watching this case is like watching a military aircraft ditching drill. All elbows and assho***. Keep the faith. And don't forget that damages awarded by the court begin accruing interest from the moment the case is filed. The rate here in MA is 12% per year.

That's exactly what Markle was doing. Williamson appeared to want to negotiate, so Markle cancelled. Williamson then did not follow through with the negotiation. Hence Markle had to file again. If this is a "fair and just" court...they will see that Markle and the BOD's have tried to negotiate everything(including a settlement) in good faith.
