I think that Markle canceled the previous oral hearing because he was attempting to use his most recent filling as a bargaining tool and also didn't want to take the courts time if it could be resolved or settled. Judges tend to appreciate when attorney's do everything in their power to resolve these kinds of disputes out of court. It demonstrates respect. Markle seems like he is well respected.

The question I had was who requested the initial Oral hearing? It was either imposed by the court, requested by Markle or requested by Daic. I think it was requested by Daic.

What do other folks think?
