I could be wrong - Markle may have turned things back on to keep the pressure up during negotiations so that Diac knows that there is a hard time to meet. It could have nothing to do with negotiations and only have to do with trial preparations. Your guess is as good (if not better) than mine.
I think the court is doing a fine job of dragging it out, without the help of the Daic parties. Well, whatever reason Calypso withdrew the prior hearing, apparently didn't work out. I hope they keep it on schedule this time. I liked the Motion before and still like it.
What will Diac get by delaying this case for longer time? He will spend more on lawyers and may loose what he can get now (if patent technology gets absolute due to new techology/methodology). Time is key in any technology based case. Now is right time for Diac and Calypso to settle down and go after telecom companies to get most out of it. What you say?
