What will Diac get by delaying this case for longer time?
He will spend more on lawyers and may loose what he can get now (if patent technology gets absolute due to new techology/methodology). Time is key in any technology based case.
Now is right time for Diac and Calypso to settle down and go after telecom companies to get most out of it. What you say?
