Restricted or not they still count toward the market cap. I spent a little time looking at that shareholder list, and found the connection to Hankook Jungsoo Industries Co. Ltd. intriguing, especially since some of the other individuals on the list seem to be connected to it. We'll see the next 10q in mid May, but it will only be for the period ending 3/30/11.

The benifit to Mr. Park and us as shareholders in Hutech BVI is that the relocation of Hutech to the BVI makes for some very good tax shelters, the forming of Hutech HK with its purchase of Hutech21 will allow Hutech to gain access to the thriving China communications markets.
