Absolutely Not.. 800k float being held very tightly. the only reason it's going to the shareholders mtg is becasue of new state laws. It will slowly make its way to the 2.50-2.80 range & trade there until the 23rd, which is the last day to buy shares & have a say in the float.

This is as free as it gets IMO.
