If you don't have documentation then please don't post things as "fact."

As far as their fuel cell sales. The infinity EL system was only just ready as of last year. Understand, they still need to incorporate the technology into potential customers products. Making a fuel cell for a Hobie Cat or EKO scooter would be different than making a fuel cell for a small fixed wing air plane.

All of these things take time and a ton of capital to prototype.

The possible 10 million in equity finance is probably their last glimmer of hope to get anything to market. I wouldn't throw in the towel on them just yet.... They could have done just this back in September 2010 when they ran out of money.

I don't have the "facts" but I would bet that it took a ton of capital for GM to prototype the engine, drive train and battery pack for the VOLT.. but that's just a guess...
