Nic-Seems as if IDCC's strategy is to get the headline distorting drop in s/p out of the way early. Three major events that should be positive are on the horizon and all should occur during the second quarter. IMO, The Nortel patent auction may be the event that is holding up the LG license. Whether we get the patents or not, the event will be a positive for IDCC. I'm sure IDCC has a plan B for the capital it raised and what about that San Diego office-there has to be more to that story. This is shaping up to be the most monumental quarter in IDCC history-good luck to all. JMO
