PAUL AND SAM both screwed shareholders.
If sam wins the bankruptcy, what makes you think he has any intention of continuing with XMDC at all? He would most likely take his precious patents elsewhere, and forget this all happened.
And I would be very very shocked if the precious (worthless) SEC actually investigated any of this with real force. Don't get your hopes up.
Ideally, we need a deal worked out between them to cooperate, or we as the shareholders will be left hanging, no doubt.
Sam cares just as little about us as Paul does, we're not better off with him winning anything. We need them both to win/lose together (compromise) for us to benefit from any outcome.
