So like I said, get even...Your PL lawsuit can be to make money off him at the current moment.

A class action suit would just further perpetuate the duration of share value depression, and would halt the marketing of the BioHarp. We would be better off having SL at the helm, and finally making some progress forward. Ultimately, leaving this absurdity behind us and finally having share prices achieve penny status or possibly dollar status down the line is what we all want, and a class action suit wouldn't help in bringing that into fruition.
