Yea, he has admitted to things, it just sounded rather like he would have preferred to have people believe otherwise. :<)
As far as bailing goes, I'm not really understanding your point. I figured he could just drop out of sight and eventually pop up in his next venture. Do you feel that he has stuck his neck out far enough that he could be held legally liable for inducing investment in this, if it happened to fall through?
To WW....for the sake of those who invested, I truly hope that you are right, you should at least be able see whether the business that you wish to invest in is going to succeed or fail. Of course, I'm sure that many are here simply to sell on the merger news.....they are much more aware of the gamble than those who are seeking a real investment, I believe
