"What I found strange about that comment, is that, to me, it comes across that if someone had posted that the previous companies and proposed mergers had failed, without the proof, he WOULD have refuted it, even though it was the truth. Strange."he has admitted to the past and PLc and what he never said when questioned was finally in the 10K. MM getting the 40 mil shares of SLMU. It all was posted by me quite a few times with the actual proof.
"He also seems to be leaning more towards bailing than before. JMO, it is how it read to me".Bailing won't help if this deal doesn't go and have the right statements in it.
